Theresa Stephens is a seasoned media professional with decades of experience behind the microphone and behind the scenes. Her career in radio has spanned nearly every role imaginable—from morning shows and middays to newscasting—giving her a versatile voice and a deep understanding of how to connect with audiences. Off the air, she served as a Promotions Director, creating engaging campaigns, coordinating events, and helping stations build lasting relationships with listeners.
For more than a decade, Theresa has also worked as a remote news anchor, delivering clear, credible broadcasts for radio stations across the country. During that same time, she built an extensive career as an audiobook narrator, bringing more than 300 titles to life with her engaging storytelling and conversational style.
Today, Theresa combines her broadcasting expertise with her passion for travel and storytelling as a podcast host and producer. She launched Roam Alone in December 2025, a podcast that celebrates the freedom, growth, and adventure of solo travel. She also produces and hosts Type2Fun, a client podcast focused on mountain climbing, trekking, and unforgettable outdoor adventures. This fall, she'll debut Roam Alone Portugal, documenting her exciting journey as she relocates to Portugal and explores what it means to build a new life abroad.
